Boot Camp
The Boston Athletic Club Boot Camp Program is designed to motivate and inspire you. The program consists of cardio, strength, stability, core and power. Every class you will be challenged with movements that keep your workouts fresh and allow you to continue to see results without sacrificing gains. The program is designed to be non-intimidating, social and a great way to have a mixture of fun and fitness. Boston Athletic Club Boot Camp is for all fitness levels making this program the best in Boston. You work as hard as you can in a completely competitive free atmosphere.

Weight Watchers
The Boston Athletic Club is now a Travelers Center for Weight Watchers! This means that you can now pay as you go for Weight Watchers Meetings! These meetings are available to both members and non-members. For more information please check out www.weightwatchers.com
Tuesday evenings at 7:00pm (weigh-ins begin at 6:30pm)
